The nail-ability and saw-ability of MaqCrete are as good or if not better than wood. The dimensions of wood are limited to the length of the tree but not MaqCrete. Nails and screws do not sprawl as they do in particleboard and it does not shear like concrete.

MaqCrete's “Cradle to Grave” to Cradle quality, after an intended use is outdated, allows for the whole building system to be ground up again to be the base for recasting a new structure.
